In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.255 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioners and others entered into the house, started abusing and assaulted the informant and his mother and wife. Petitioner no. 1 assaulted the informant by means of rod causing heading injury. In the present case, there is another case has been lodged by the present petitioners in which allegation has been made against the informant of causing injury to the petitioners. In support of

No.86039 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 the same, the petitioners have attached the injury report wherein the injury of petitioners' side has been shown to be serious and the injuries, which have been caused to the present informant and his family members, are simple in nature. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed and they, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.255 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438 Cr.

PC and also subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
