Petitioners seeks bail in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No.78 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 20,22,23,25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.73555 of 2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submits that charges have already
