This application has been preferred praying inter alia for the following relief/s:

"For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for enquiry from any independent agency regarding "looking into rampant irregularities in construction of the Houses (under the scheme of Prime Minister Awas Yojna) of Gram Panchayat, Daulatpur

Patna High Court CWJC No.1922 of 2020(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/3 in the District of Bhojpur as the petitioner earlier send representation to the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Government of India, New Delhi on 25.07.2019 and a copy of the same was also sent to the District Collector, Bhojpur at Arrah and District Development Commissioner (D.D.C.) Bhojpur at Arrah but till today no action was taken on the part of the Respondent no.3 & 4 for that reason present writ application in the nature of P.I.L. (Public Interest Litigation) is hereby being filed for the same."

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to the respondent-authorities not only to consider the petitioner's request which is already pending, but also those which he shall be making within next four weeks.

As such, as prayed for, petition is disposed of on the following mutually agreed terms:

(A) As and when any request of the petitioner is received by the appropriate authority, the same shall be considered expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months thereafter.

(B) Insofar as representations already made are concerned, we are of the considered view that they are vague
