The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 447, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 and also 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the F.I.R. has been lodged after lapse of one week from the date of occurrence without explaining the plausible delay which creates doubt over the prosecution version. Moreover, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the specific allegation is attributed to co-accused, Chandan Kumar. The petitioner is

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st, Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 1436 of 2019.
