Petitioner is accused in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019 registered under Sections 328/302/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Only on the basis of the suspicion, petitioner has been made accused. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.08.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
