JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34209 of 2019 by which the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail with a direction to surrender by 28.08.2017 but in order to which has been mentioned i.e. 28.08.2017 due to that his bail bond was not accepted.

In view of the above fact, the date 28.08.2017 be read as 28.08.2019 and further three weeks' time from the date of receipt of the order be allowed to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below. Rest of the order shall remain
