JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 655 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In this case, case diary was called for.

From the materials available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. However, he may surrender before the court below within one month from today and prays for regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
