In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.575 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401, 413, 414, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the police has received the information that some persons are intending to sell the stolen motorcycle, thereafter, the police reached there and saw two persons standing with a motorcycle and upon seeing them, they tried to flee away, but they were caught and upon interrogation, they disclosed the name of the petitioner, who is gang leader and used to sell the stolen motorcycle and also, at their instance, three motorcycles were recovered from the garage.
