The petitioner is accused in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 403 of 2019, registered under Sections 399 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The accusation is that in course of search, petitioner was found in possession of one country made pistol and Akash Rai and Viahal Kuamar were also found in possession of knife. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86143 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Mufassil P.S.
