2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 117(2), 109(1), 351(2), 303(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Dispute, over drainage of water, led to Maarpit, in which, both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
