====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR) 13-12-2022 Mr. Alok Ranjan, learned Advocate for the appellant, who has challenged the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge on 17.12.2019 in CWJC No. 15378 of 2019, submits that the writ petition has finally been disposed of.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1674 of 2019(5) dt.13-12-2022 2/2 He further submits that the aforenoted order was passed on 23.01.2020 and the final order passed by the Court in the writ petition has not yet been appealed against. This appeal therefore looses its efficacy as no purpose would be served in challenging the interim order in a writ petition which has now been finally disposed of. The appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
