The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buxar (M) P.S.Case no.100 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 fo the Arms Act..

Petitioner is not named in the FIR . Case is of murder of the husband of the informant. Name of the petitioner transpired during the investigation and there is confession of the petitioner also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confession before the police, there is nothing against him. He is in custody since 31.5.2019 and other accused persons having similar allegation have been granted bail vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86148 of 2019(3) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 order dated 9.1.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.67102 of 2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S.Case no.100 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
