The present application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 20.08.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51726 of 2019 by this Court in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019 (G.O. Case No. 403 of 2019) pending in the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga, to the extent of extending the period of surrender of the petitioner in the Court below.

The petitioner was granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail in the aforementioned case with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the aforesaid order, but, the petitioner failed to surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2829 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 in time in the Court below.

On the grounds mentioned in the present modification application, the date of surrender of the petitioner in the Court below is extended by three weeks from today.

The order, dated 20.08.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51726 of 2019 by this Court is modified to the above extent only.
