The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 5120 of 2019, arising out of Mokama P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 11.25 litres of foreign liquor was seized. He also submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the quantity of liquor and the fact that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five
