Considering the prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing appropriate representation for redressal of his grievances before the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Manager Syndicate Bank Moti Market at Babunia More, District- Siwan and in case, appropriate representation is filed
