Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is regularly working after valid appointment yet he has not been paid salary from March, 2016.

Taking work and denying salary amounts to beggari which is impermissible.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure payment of salary to the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of
