JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anjani Kumar, the learned AAG-4 for the State as also Sri Vivekanand Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the Accountant General. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to make payment of the leave encashment amount as also the amount of gratuity.

The present case had been adjourned from

Patna High Court CWJC No.1961 of 2020(4) dt.09-09-2020 2/3 time to time in order to enable the respondentsState to make payment of the admitted outstanding dues and finally today, on account of the promptness and interest shown by the learned AAG appearing in the present case, leave encashment amount has been paid to the petitioner, totalling to a sum of Rs. 4,49,630/-. It has been further stated by the learned AAG that the provisional gratuity, totalling to a sum of Rs. 5,05,835/- has also been sanctioned and sent to the treasury for payment to the petitioner herein and in fact, it has been informed by the respondents today that the aforesaid amount of provisional gratuity has also been sent to the Antaghat branch of the Bank and will be paid in this month itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no other grievance subsists, as far as the petitioner is concerned, hence, the present writ petition be disposed of.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to
