The petitioner seeks bail in Bheldi PS Case No. 19 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 385, 386, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.

Anil Kumar Gupta is alleged to have called the informant who happen to be Sales Officer in ICICI Bank on phone for the purpose of opening an account. On reaching the place it is alleged that mobile phone and cash of the informant was snatched by three persons who were there and that he was abused by them. Matter was investigated and during course of investigation petitioner's name has surfaced in the instant case and he has been taken into custody. Counsel for the petitioner submits that merely because of some suspicion in course of investigation he has been named as associate of said three persons. There is no recovery from the petitioner and he is in no way concern with the occurrence. Petitioner was earlier accused in Garha PS Case No. 119/2011 in which he was acquired on 5.11.2015 as per submissions made in the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2019.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM 12 Saran in Bheldi PS Case No. 19 of 2013 on the following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner. (ii) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date in the trial and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to the cancelled.
