Case No. 99 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30 and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

There is recovery of 200 litres of liquor from Bolero vehicle and petitioner succeeded in fleeing away and he is named in the FIR also.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for almost three months and charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5729 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sahajitpur P.S.
