It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that only on the assurance of the respondents that he shall be granted subsidy by the Government of Bihar, did he start the vermi-compost fertilizer industry after obtaining heavy loans from the Allahabad Bank. Patna High Court CWJC No.1678 of 2020 dt.19-02-2020 2/2 been given to the petitioner and no cause also appears to have come in the way of grant of subsidy, for which there is specific policy decision of the Government. On the petitioner making a suitable representation before the Director, Department of Agriculture, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 3), seeking redressal of his grievance, within a period of four weeks, the concerned respondent shall look into the matter and after verifying the facts and ascertaining the correctness of the claim of the petitioner, shall pass necessary order in accordance with law, within a further period of four months from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
