Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354D, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to local politics and previous enmity. Thee is case and counter case between the parties. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus against all the accused persons. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3524 of 2020(3) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
