ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2019 in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No.191 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 326, 307, 506 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from a plain perusal of the F.I.R. it appears that the main allegation is against one Balinder Ram, who is the step-brother of the husband of the informant and not the present petitioner. It is further submitted that another co-accused Arun Ram has already been given the privilege of bail by the court of J.J. Board, Gopalganj on 31.07.2019. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got clean antecedents.

No.86844 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No.191 of 2019.
