Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017 for the offence under sections 387, 307/34 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The instant case was registered against two named and 5 to 6 unknown persons. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Rajeev Yadav.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8011 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
