This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.79173 of 2019 by this Court by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhaka, Sitamarhi in connection with Pupari P.S. Case No. 458 of 2018.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the prayer portion of the bail petition 'to the satisfaction of learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhaka, Sitamarhi has been typed in place of 'to the satisfaction of learned Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari, Sitamarhi.

No.2759 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Accordingly, the order dated 11.12.2019 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph in place of 'to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhaka, Sitamarhi, it will be read as 'to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari, Sitamarhi.

The time to surrender is extended by further three weeks.

This application stands disposed of.
