The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. Excise- 954/2019 arising out of Birpur P.S. Case No. 258/2019, for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is from the joint house. Petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
