The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019 registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of the offence and the submission that no incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and his involvement is on the basis of confessional statement of a co-accused as also that he is in custody since 28.07.2019, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Birpur at Supaul in connection with Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.S.
