The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 467, 468, 420, 120(B), 34, 270, 228, 471, 472 and 419 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/6 Trade Mark Act and Section 30(a)/32(ii)/35(c)/36/38(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019.
