Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 45/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be the Devar of deceased and it is submitted on his behalf that petitioner resides at Delhi and he has no concerned with the affairs of husband of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on
