2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 423 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant with an intention to kill him.

4. Initially, the case was registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and chargesheet was submitted under Sections 341, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code but cognizance has been taken under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code also.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is

6. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JMFC, Patna City/ concerned Court in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 423 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
