The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 379/411/413/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and another co-accused were apprehended on suspicion that they had entered into a Dhaba for committing theft. From possession of the petitioner a mobile phone was recovered which was alleged to be a stolen property of some other person and stolen at some different place. Considering the nature of allegation and nature of material so far this case is concerned and the statement of the accused that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86025 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No.227 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court.
