Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 406, 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and village politics. Petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
