The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada (Nagar) P.S.Case no.907 of 2019 dated 3.8.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(b)a/26 of the Arms Act .

There is recovery of one Pistol from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, he is in custody for 5 1⁄2 months and having no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
