The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 315/2019 for the offence under section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let, the above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
