The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2019 in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.186 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 379, 411, 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 20/22 NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly no arms were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the only allegation against him is that from his person, a mobile of Samsung company, Rs. 4800/- cash, four strip of Elanza-5, one strip of Ativan 1mg. was recovered from his possession. It is further submitted that there is nothing

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is having three criminal antecedents in which he has been granted bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-cum-Special Judge, Darbhanga, in connection with Sadar P.S.
