The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Amhara) P.S. Case No. 689 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 385, 387 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that on 09.09.2019 at about 10.00 A.M. informant Chandan Kumar was present at his field, at that time, nine persons having fire arm in their hands came at his filed boarding on three motorcycles and started to abuse and make firing. In the meantime, two tractors also reached there. On raising alarm by the informant and reaching of villagers there, all fled away. At that time, Ramchandra Yadav (Petitioner), Bablu Singh, Pradumn Yadav and Manish

On 08.09.2019, Indradeo Yadav had demanded ransom to his uncle Abhay Kumar saying to transfer of five bigha land. At the time of occurrence, with the help of villagers two tractors along with drivers, namely, Raushan Yadav and Pinku Yadav were apprehended as well as two motorcycles were also seized from there. The villagers handed over the tractors, motorcycles along with aforesaid drivers to the Police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is co-villager of the informant and due to land dispute, the present case has been lodged. It would further appear while allegation has been made about making firing by nine persons, including the petitioner, but non had sustained injury. Further submission is that while petitioner is accused in two cases, as detailed in paragraph No.3 to the petition, of the year 2016, but he is on bail in that cases. Further submission is that in the present case, the petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
