The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 778 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that final form has already been submitted in this case as contained in Annexure-2. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3908 of 2020(4) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. case No. 778 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
