In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 970 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 379, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
From the F.I.R., it appears that the incident has taken place in three phases, in the last phase, there was a dispute between one Saheb and Dibyanshu and, on that account, Saheb has brought 25-30 boys along with him, they disturbed the Shradh ceremony and created chaos therein. It has also been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86041 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 alleged that they have made a blank firing and when the police came, they fled away from there and the police recovered three motorcycles and one empty cartridge from the place of occurrence.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners, above named, is rejected.
