The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 151 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 48937 of 2019 on 06.08.2019.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3984 of 2020(4) dt.01-02-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II-cum-Sub Judge-XI, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 151 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled. utkarsh/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
