Case No. 138 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, there is allegation of snatching of bag containing cash and also there is allegation of assault by some unknown miscreants.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing against him and there is no recovery from his possession and he is in custody since 13.8.2019 and in spite of that he has not been put on test identification parade. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
