This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Chowk P.S.case No.316 of 2019 for the offences under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Dead-body of a person was recovered and later on it was identified as the son of the informant. It is also alleged that the deceased had informed his mother that the petitioner has called him, thereafter he had gone and later on his dead boy was recovered.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the suspicion, there is nothing against him and the mother of the deceased has not been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 25.9.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86521 of 2019(3) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge is framed against the petitioner, she is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
