2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for extension of time to file /approached the appropriate authority/court for the redressal of grievance which was expired on 01.10.2025 in

Patna High Court MJC No.4242 of 2025(3) dt.11-03-2026 2/2 connection with C.W.J.C. No. 4821/2017 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy of this Hon'ble court on 01.09.2025."

3. On 01.09.2025, CWJC No. 4821/2017 (Rani Singh vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) was disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority/Court in next four weeks.

4. Now the modification has been filed and the submission is that for want of communication, the petition could not be filed and as such, the period be extended by further eight weeks.

5. Learned State counsel has no objection.

6. In that background, MJC No. 4242 of 2025 stands allowed allowing the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority/Court in next eight weeks. This is subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee which in turn will go to SUVAS CELL (Patna High Court) for the purchase of flower pots.
