The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Case No.248/19 arising out of Bariarpur P.S.Case No.136 of 2018 dated 10.9.2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name transpired on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Prosecution case as per FIR is of snatching of the motorcycle and the bag by some unknown miscreants. Petitioner is accused in three other cases.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confessional statement, there is nothing against him and there is no recovery . He is in custody for about six months and other persons having similar allegation have been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 16.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24308 of 2019 and order dated 23.8.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52939
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2922 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 of 2019.. Charge sheet has been submitted. He has not been put on TIP.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Chanchal Kumar Tiwari, Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Munger in connection with Bariarpur P.S.case No.136 of 2018 dated 10.9.2018 and after release on bail, he has to appear before the police station of his local area for a period of six months in the second week of each months, so that the police may watch his conduct otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., Munger for the needful.
With the above direction, this application is allowed.
