The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Nawada (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 771 of 2019 dated 26.06.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 308, 379, 504, 506 and 354 -B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with many others are alleged to have assaulted the informant, his brother and

From the first information report as also from the impugned order, it appears that many persons have been injured and one Sanoj Kumar Singh, who is the informant of the present case has received grievous injuries. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he is alleged to have assaulted one Manoj Kumar, who is the brother of the informant but the injury suffered by him has been opined to be simple in nature.

There is previous land dispute between the parties and the petitioner and because of that many of his relatives have been framed in this case.

The petitioner does not have criminal antecedents. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
