The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of inducement to the minor daughter of the informant. The victim has supported the aforesaid allegation in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and stated that the petitioner took her to different places where she remained with the petitioner for 10 days , however, did not make any protest. The petitioner, at Danapur Railway Station, asked her to wait and fled away.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4475 of 2020(6) dt.05-01-2021 2/2 Thereafter the victim phoned to her father, who is informant of this case. The parties have filed a written compromise also. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Baruraj P.S.Case No.281 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court , failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
