JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 The learned counsel for the respondents Board has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated in paragraph No. 17 that the Board has issued an advertisement No. PR-54/2020 wherein notice has been published to the effect that those students who have already been registered/enlisted for appearing in the Board's Annual Intermediate Examination, 2020 and the College/Institution has sent up them for appearing in the said examination but on account of mistake of the College/Institution their form could not be filled up online and such students could not appear in the examination, they would be permitted to appear

Patna High Court CWJC No.1153 of 2020(3) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 in the Board's Intermediate/Secondary Compartmental-cum-Special examination, 2020 likely to be held in the month of April/May this year.

It is further submitted that since the petitioner has been sent up, he would definitely be permitted to appear in the ensuing Compartmental Examination, 2020, as far as Intermediate Exam is concerned.

The learned counsel for the respondents Board has further submitted that the petitioner may approach the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board along with a copy of this order, whereupon it would be ensured that necessary formalities are completed and Admit Card is issued to the petitioner for the purposes of appearing in the Intermediate Compartmental Examination, 2020 likely to be held in the month of April/May, 2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner has got no objection to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents Board.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
