JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video Conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID-19 Pandemic. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the respondent to grant ACPs which has not been granted till date cause great monetary loss to the petitioner. (ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to pay difference of salary which was accrued to the petitioner since 1997.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1671 of 2020(3) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 (iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to revise the post-retiral benefits and pay the same and further direct to pay any dues for which petitioner is legally entitled."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondent no. 1 who is the Secretary-cum-Commissioner of Excise Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 1 by filing appropriate representation before the respondent no. 1 within a period of four weeks from today which shall be disposed off by the respondent no. 1 within a period of six weeks thereafter.
