JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 This is second attempt for grant of anticipatory bail . Earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected vide order dated 8.7.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21431 of 2019. There is recovery of 1535.760 ltrs. of foreign liquor and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been made accused only on suspicion and nothing has been recovered form his possession.

Heard learned APP.

In view of the fact that his prayer for anticipatory bail was already rejected six months earlier and the petitioner was directed to surrender and pray for regular bail, as such I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
