2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 30.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45256 of 2025, which reads as under:
"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.448 of 2026(2) dt.12-02-2026 2/2 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The petitioner is accused of killing two persons. His name has surfaced during investigation in the self-inculpatory statement of a co-accused. He is accused in 11 more serious cases. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2024.
4. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that two persons have been killed in a broad daylight in the town of Hajipur, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby dismissed."
5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that no fresh ground for grant of bail is made out, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.
6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
7. The trial Court is expected to expedite the trial and frame the charge in accordance with law.
