Heard the parties.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to F.I.R., three persons allegedly caused injury at the head of the husband of the informant, as a result whereof the husband of the informant died subsequently during the course of treatment.

Specific allegation is against Vikash Chauhan, however general and omnibus allegation is there against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2998 of 2020(4) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 petitioners also. The doctor has also found more than one injury on the head.

Considering the nature of allegation and material available, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 299 of 2019.

Petitioners are directed to surrender and pray for regular bail which shall be considered without being prejudiced by this order.
