Petitioners are accused in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 496 of 2019 registered under Sections 356/382 of the I.P.C. and sections 30/30(a)/38/41 of the Bihar Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. It is also submitted that petitioners are in custody since 15.11.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
